Summit Ministries® is an educational Christian ministry whose very existence is a response to our current post-Christian culture. Today, countless Christian youth have fallen victim to the popular ideas of our modern world. Most have adopted these ideas into their own worldview, while still others go on to renounce their Christian faith altogether. Summit views its role in God’s kingdom as a catalyst to counteract this alarming trend. However, our ultimate goal supersedes simply training. As Christians are challenged to stand strong in their faith and defend truth, they will also be equipped to have a positive influence on the society in which they live.
Founded in 2003, the TruthQuest Apologetics Institute began as an outgrowth of Chris Sherrod’s desire to train youth, college students and adults to better grasp and convey their faith. Each of our conferences are designed to target the specific issues that are relevant to the Christian today (i.e., evolution, morality, cults, etc.). Some are geared for high school or college students, some for home schoolers, and some for adults, but all are intended to strengthen the believer’s confidence that their faith is in a trustworthy object.
Worldview Academy’s mission is to help Christians think and live in accord with a biblical worldview so that they will lead the culture and serve Christ. Since 1996 they have been fulfilling this mission through their nation-wide Leadership Camps, Christianity & Culture Conferences, and through the creation of many books and resources. Students are prepared to defend themselves against the culture’s attacks and, at the same time, are equipped to lead the charge to win the culture back for Christ.

Founder and President Todd Kent, had the initial vision to make worldview training available and affordable to families nationwide. In 1996 he began doing this with the help of three others: Randy Sims, Bill Jack and J.F. Baldwin. These four men and their families committed themselves to this ministry and together taught the first Worldview Academy Leadership Camps.
