It is our great joy to partner with godly men from around the nation and ask them to serve alongside our student leadership teams as they travel around the country running TeenPact classes. The men who will be serving us during the 2012 season are…

Tim Albin is a Physical Education teacher and coaches football, basketball and track at Wright High School. He has a heart to be an example of a godly husband and father to this generation. Tim is also very involved in local politics serving as a town councilman for five years and currently serving as Wright’s Mayor. He has served as a TeenPact chaperone and class speaker in the past and enjoys serving as Guest Director. Tim and his beautiful wife, Kathleen, have six children and live in Wright, Wyoming.
Cal Callen is a Financial Advisor with Trustmark Wealth Management in Laurel, Mississippi. He has worked in the financial services industry for more than 30 years. He and his wife Janet have been married for 33 years and have 10 children who they have been homeschooling for 24 years. Four of their children are married. Two are in college, one owns her own business and 4 are still at home. In addition to having two marvelous grandchildren two more are arriving in January and March. Cal graduated from Belhaven College and Southern Trust School. He has served as the Presidents of the Board of Trustees for both the Laurel-Jones County Public Library and the Center for Pregnancy Choices for South Central Mississippi. They are members of Audubon Drive Bible Church in Laurel, where they live. They have worked with the High School Ministry; have led church-wide mission trips, taught adult Sunday school and small group bible studies. Over the years most of their children have been involved with TeenPact. They have been State Coordinators for Mississippi for the past four years. They love TeenPact because they love America and see God raising up future leaders through the work of TeenPact.
Tommy Carrington served as a Youth Evangelist and Area Director with Miami Youth for Christ for 12 years. In 1997 he began training student leaders and adult youth workers, and later founded the Urban Training Network, a national ministry designed to train and equip student leaders and youth workers. He travels extensively, speaking at youth events, churches, camps, retreats and seminars.Tommy earned Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Counseling Psychology and Biblical Studies from Trinity International University, and a Doctor of Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.Tommy’s passion is to provide leadership training for young emerging leaders, with the goal of raising a generation of transformational leaders. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Trinity International University in South Florida and at Palm Beach Atlantic University.
Dave Caucutt is a father of eight children who were home educated through High School and has been married for 40 years. Life is full as a father and grandfather of nine grandchildren with one on the way.He has been a community ministry volunteer with the Navigators since 1976 leading small groups in the community. His passion is training Christians in Bible Study skills and is currently an active Precepts Bible Study leader which he has done for over 15 years.He works as the Director of Sales for an international company headquartered in the Netherlands with responsibility for US sales of bakery ingredients to large manufactures. A team member of the American Bakers Association which educates members and he lobby’s in Washington, DC as an advocate for the industry. He has held the position of co-chair for the Executive Leadership Development Committee for the American Bakers Association.I am excited to be part of the ministry of Teen Pact as a new Guest Director for Wisconsin and I am looking forward to seeing God work in the lives of Teens as they grow in faith and influence within our country.
Bob has been married to Joy for over 33 years and is the blessed Dad to 7 sons and 1 daughter! Having served in Pastoral ministry for over 35 years, he continues to express a passion for God’s Church through consulting, life coaching and speaking in churches and community events. He and Joy lead “Parenting Conferences” as speakers for the National Center for Biblical Parenting and they seek to “build all age people” through writing and teaching in the days ahead.They have home schooled more than 25 years and their children range in age from 16-30. They also have 5 grandchildren (so far)! Their home is a gathering place for youth and adults alike, as they host regular Bible studies and teaching in areas of Biblical Worldview, personal spiritual growth and parenting. “Backyard bonfires” have become frequent events when the weather gets chilly, always involving a crowd. Their family has been greatly blessed by TeenPact and they feel both excited and privileged to be involved in this life-changing organization!
Steve Crum is Founder and Senior Pastor of Spirit Of Life Ministries in Kingman Indiana. After giving his heart to Jesus in 1983 Steve became the Youth Pastor of a local Community Church during which time he served on the Board of Fountain County Indianaʼs Saturn Initiative, which is a program that reaches out to the youth of Fountain and surrounding counties. He is also an International member of the Board of Trustees of Quality Computer Training Center of Africa, which teaches under privileged children in Nigeria Africa a computer trade. Married for 23 years to his wife Becky, Steve is the father of five children Brad, Jenna, Erin, Joshua and Nathaniel. The Crumʼs live in Tangier Indiana with their three youngest children. Steve has a vision to minister to the young and old alike and enjoys his time spent with TeenPact.
Tim and Windy have been married for 28 years and have seven children. The Echols come from a long line of entrepreneurs. Tim has an undergraduate and two Master’s Degrees from the University of Georgia. Tim founded TeenPact in 1994, and built the organization to 37 states. He currently is Chairman of the Georgia Public Service Commission–elected in 2010 to a six year term. He is a member of the prestigious Council for National Policy. Tim has worked tirelessly in the prolife movement with Care Net, the Justice Foundation and Georgia Right to Life. Maury Goode is a homeschool/TeenPact Dad that loves spending time with his wife, Jacqueline, of 25 years and his children Bryn, Brayden and Bonnie. Maury is a Petroleum Engineering graduate of Texas A&M University and is currently working as an Instrument & Controls Engineer. Maury enjoys Ultimate Frisbee, hunting, hiking, airsoft, reading, contemporary Christian music, racquetball, tea parties, dress up and coloring books – depending on which child he’s with at the time. He has a heart for missions and is involved in outreach to the homeless. He enjoys leading small groups in series such as The Truth Project and Growing Kids Gods Way. Maury says he is humbled and honored to serve as a Guest Director for TeenPact this season.
Lorne is the Founder & CEO of Western Lawns, a landscape management company located in Oklahoma City. While attending Southern Nazarene University, and obtaining a B.S. in Accounting, Lorne established Western Lawns as a means to fund his education. Nearly twenty-five years, a few dollars and many flowers later, the business has become a well-known and nationally recognized, industry leader. Lorne and his family are active members of Bethany First Church of the Nazarene. With the goal of seeing young people develop a Biblical worldview and equip them for the culture, Lorne serves as in the Senior High Student Ministry at church. Lorne and his wife Lori have two daughters, Elise and Molly. As a family, they enjoy entertaining, farmer’s markets, and spending time with each other.
Bill Jack is an educator with ten years experience in secular schools and 14 years with The Caleb Campaign, a creationist youth ministry. Bill Jack is faculty advisor for Worldview Academy, an academic leadership program that seeks to train Christian students to think and live in accord with a Biblical worldview so that they will serve Christ and lead the culture. Bill has appeared on numerous national radio and television programs and is the producer of several apologetic and worldview training DVDs. Bill’s passion is to raise up a generation who have the vision to reach their culture with the gospel, who have the valor to engage that culture with the truth and who rely on the virtue of the Word of God. Bill and his wife, Tabby, and their three children live in Colorado.
Jeff graduated from high school in Honolulu, Hawaii and from the University of Alaska at Fairbanks with a degree in Fisheries Biology. A Montana resident for the past 24 years; he served as Speaker Pro-Tem of the Montana House of Representatives, and currently serves as president and CEO of the Montana Family Foundation, a state level public policy organization associated with Focus on the Family. As author of the successful constitutional amendment to define marriage in Montana, Jeff has spent the last decade working to protect and strengthen traditional family values both in Montana and at the federal level. Jeff and his wife Jennifer have 5 children and live on a small farm near Laurel, Montana.
Peter just completed his first year as CEO of TeenPact Leadership School and has been blessed to see God work in miraculous ways.  He and his wife Lydia live in Chesterfield, Virginia with their eight children, who range in age from 24 down to 10 years of age. They have been homeschooling for over 18 years, and now have four homeschool graduates, with four more students to go. After spending over 28 years in the health insurance industry as a Group Underwriter, Peter began working as the TeenPact CEO in June 2010. In his (limited) spare time, Peter enjoys photography, reading, and choral singing. He is looking forward to a great year in 2012, encouraging students to be the servant leaders that God has called them to be through TeenPact.  He is thankful to God for His indescribable gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ.
Bryce Melvin, his wife Holly, and their cat Bart are natives of Florida, currently residing in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Bryce is a graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Finance. In 1999 he started his first company, attending his first Florida TeenPact class the same year. Since then Bryce has continued to develop his passion for politics and business. Bryce has staffed numerous TeenPact classes, serving as an Intern and Program Director during his involvement with the ministry. Bryce is the Customer Relations Manager for Aegis Business Technologies, an IT consulting firm in Tallahassee, Florida. The oldest of eight siblings, Bryce was homeschooled through middle and high school.
Reverend Dean Nelson, B.A., serves as Vice President of Underserved Outreach at Care Net. He leads Care Net’s nationwide efforts to equip and train urban leaders and churches in the development of pregnancy centers in underserved communities. Rev. Nelson is a licensed minister from Salem Baptist Church and an ordained pastor with Wellington Boone Ministries. He is the former Executive Director for the Network of Politically Active Christians (NPAC), the Vice Chairman of the Frederick Douglass Foundation and the former National Director of Global Outreach Campus Ministries.
Doug Nystrom and his wife Rose live in Rogers, Arkansas, with their five children. For 12 years they have been homeschooling their children, who range in age from 16 down to 8. Doug is currently a Business Consultant for Arvest Bank, but has served in various for-profit and non-profit organizations including Coral Ridge Ministries and the Alliance for School Choice. He is an attorney with the Arkansas State Bar and an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America. He received his BBA from Baylor University, his JD from the University of Georgia and his MDiv from Westminster Theological Seminary. Doug became interested in politics and public policy while serving two Congressional internships in Washington, DC. He loves sharing that passion with young people. He enjoys many things, but especially spending time with his family.
Chris is the 28-year husband of one wife, Connie, whom he met at a Campus Crusade for Christ meeting shortly after giving his life to Christ as a Freshman at Michigan State University. Soon after marrying in 1983, they joined CCC’s FamilyLife Division in Little Rock, AR, where they served for 12+ years. God called them to Orlando, FL in 1999 to serve at the International Headquarters of Campus Crusade for Christ … which is also the National Headquarters of “Cru” (what we now call CCC here in the US). Chris currently serves as the Director of Corporate and Community Relations for CCC / Cru.Chris & Connie are home educators of their six boys and caboose girl. While the five oldest kids have attended TeenPact State Classes, TP has played a significant role with their eldest son, Anthony, who is the Director of Economic Research for Reason (a political think-tank in Washington DC), and also with Vincent, who will be a Program Director this Spring.Chris is excited to serve as a Guest Director for TeenPact. His heart and passion is to help be a part of building Christ-centered marriages and families, and to help encourage the “next generation” of Americans to engage the culture in a meaningful way as Ambassadors for Christ.
Dale Stewart is currently the President of Westland Bible Mission and the Director of the Clark Canyon Bible Camp, in Dillon, Montana. He has served as the interim pastor of 3 churches in Montana and has been sworn in as the Chaplain of the Beaverhead County Sheriff’s Department.Dale has been married to his wife Jill for 25 years. They have 7 children ranging in age from 21 – 2 years old. They are currently homeschooling 5 of their children.Dale’s passion is to teach the Gospel to anyone that will listen, either in a group setting such as church or hanging out at Pizza Hut giving out tracts, which seems to get better results. He loves to challenge young people to live life from a biblical worldview and enjoy the adventures that God gives them.
Mike Tiland has served with Worldview Academy as college staff, staff director, and currently serves as faculty and camp director. Mike graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. in accounting and a minor in philosophy. While at Oregon State he served with Campus Crusade for Christ, which equipped him in discipleship and apologetics. Mike currently lives in Texas with his wife, Angela, and two children Andrew and Madison where they continue to serve with Worldview Academy full-time.
Scott Wylie is a Senior Associate Pastor at Colonial Baptist Church in Cary, North Carolina. He oversees the Children’s Ministries department, teaches men’s and parenting groups, leads a homeschool support group and teaches worldview and apologetic classes for high school age homeschoolers. In addition, he is an adjunct professor at Shepherd’s Theological Seminary. Scott and his wife, Lorie, have been married since 1986 and are homeschooling two sons. Prior to moving to North Carolina in 1995, Scott served for six years as a Youth Pastor in Michigan. He has a Bachelors degree from the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois, and a Masters degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois.
Ned Williams is a husband, father and attorney entering his fifth year as a TeenPact Guest Director. After eight years in campus ministry, he obtained his law degree and worked four years as a state’s attorney before starting a solo practice focusing on international and domestic adoption. Mr. Williams’ involvement with TeenPact began as a State Coordinator in 2003. He and his family live in Nashville, Tennessee.
