Turning Students into Statesmen

TeenPact Back to DC

Back to DC was our very first alumni program in TeenPact. We use this trip to teach students about life on Capitol Hill, introduce them to conservative leaders and expose them to campaign technology. Through worship, prayer and discussion we also instill in students a passion to pray for their nation.

Going to Washington DC with TeenPact is like no other visit to our nation's capital. Led personally by TeenPact President and Founder, Tim Echols, the TeenPact BACK TO DC trip combines political activism with an opportunity to hear from America's top Christian leaders. Students will stay in the Leadership Institute dorms in Arlington, just across the river in Virginia. The primary mode of transportation will be the famous DC Metro system. We will take it just about everywhere. We have planned our trip to coincide with Family Research Council's Value Voter Summit. This event features some of the best known names on our side. Names like Bill Bennett, Newt Gingrich, Michael Medved, David Horowitz, Phyllis Schlafly, Michael Steele, Star Parker, Tony Perkins, Gary Bauer, Alan Sears...just to name a few. We will attend most of the event except the optional sessions like the Gala. The other half of our time we will receive quality instruction from the Leadership Institute, a leader in conservative political activist training (see the schedule located on this page). Students will also have a chance to see the sights of Washington, DC before the week is over. The size of the class is extremely limited this year, so register soon. Even if the class fills up, consider attending the Values Voter Summit with your family. It will be a great event.

Anyone who has attended Back to DC can tell you that this experience is a highlight among TeenPact events. Mark your calendar and plan on joining us in our nation’s capitol!
