Housing Information

Students are invited to stay with the staff at Willowbrook Bible Camp in Des Moines. In addition to the time at the Capitol, staying at the camp gives students the opportunity to relax and fellowship with like-minded peers in a more casual environment. Students play games, participate in small groups, play Ultimate Frisbee, enjoy a time of worship, and are challenged by a message from the Class Director. Time at Willowbrook is an integral part of the TeenPact experience, allowing students to combine the academic emphasis at the Capitol with a spiritual focus on students’ relationships with God and one another.

Willowbrook is on a beautiful 12 acre site just fifteen minutes from the Capitol (located between Broadway and Hubbell at 4375 NE 38th Street, Des Moines).  Residential camp students will be transported to and from the Capitol by adult chaperones.  Students and chaperoning parents will stay in cabins with bunkbeds that are separate for boys and girls. The TeenPact Class Director and staff will also be available at all times.

Lodging, transportation, and meals are included in the price of the residential camp fee of $160 for 3 nights or $200 for 4 nights. Lunches are included in the price of the residential camp.

If you are commuting, please check out our online meal option during registration – $7 for each lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Or you may bring a sack lunch for each day.

Commuting students are welcome and encouraged to come to Willowbrook Bible Camp for the afternoon and evening activities. Dinner may be purchased for $7.

Parent Chaperone/Drivers:
Parents are an integral part of TeenPact as both chaperones and drivers (those with large vehicles are especially helpful). If you are interested in chaperoning, please contact Linda Brewer at or (515) 669-4176.
