Cancellation/Refund Policy

You may cancel your event registration at any time prior to the start of the class/event and receive refund according to our cancellation policy:

  • Four Day Students - You may cancel your event registration at any time and receive a refund of all amounts paid that exceed the $50 non-refundable registration fee.  The $50 fee is fully transferable to another 2015 TeenPact State Class or Alumni Event, or to an immediate family member in 2015. To transfer the $50 non-refundable registration fee, please contact the TeenPact office.
  • Alumni Event Students - You may cancel your event registration at any time and receive a full refund up to two weeks (14 days) prior to the event. Cancellations after the two week deadline forfeit the $60 deposit.
  • Parent/Chaperones - You may cancel your event registration at any time and receive a full refund up to two weeks (14 days) prior to the event. Cancellations after the two week deadline forfeit the $50 refundable registration fee.
  • One Day Students & Political Communication Workshop Students - You may cancel your event registration at any time and receive a full refund up to two weeks (14 days) prior to the start of the class. Cancellations after the two week deadline are not eligible for a refund.

Payment of any outstanding balances may be made from the point of your original transaction until two weeks before the event.  At that point, any outstanding balance will be charged directly to your credit card.  Please contact the TeenPact office with any questions.
