TeenPact will continue to monitor regulations for COVID-19 and it’s variants in each state for the 2022 State Class Season. We will communicate via email about any class health and safety requirements or class changes pertaining to COVID-19 and it’s variants six weeks prior to the start of the class, as needed.

If any health regulations change within six weeks of the class, we will update our health and safety requirements and contact all registrants as soon as possible via email.

TeenPact will be following local regulations in the state, county, city, and location where the class is held. If there is a mask mandate in place for the location, TeenPact will require all attendees to adhere to the applicable mandate. Medical exemptions will be honored according to local regulations as well.

No. TeenPact will not have mandatory vaccination requirements to be permitted to attend a State Class.

TeenPact will be monitoring the health climate in each state to determine the necessity of health screening requirements prior to the start of each class. If necessary, you will receive a brief health screening form one week prior to the start of the class, to be completed within 24 hours of arrival at the class. The form will serve to assess any possible symptoms or potential exposure to COVID-19 and it’s variants prior to arriving at the event.

If you are unable to attend because of health screening requirements, as with other reasons for cancellation, you may transfer all fees paid to another TeenPact Event taking place in the same calendar year. You may also receive a refund of all amounts paid above the $50 non-refundable registration fee up until one week prior to the start of the Four Day Class, or two weeks prior to the start of the One Day Class.

If my class is cancelled due to COVID, will I receive a refund?
Yes. If TeenPact needs to cancel an event during the 2022 State Class Season due to COVID-19 and it’s variants, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the $50 non-refundable registration fee. If there are requirements in your state that cause this decision to take place, we will communicate with you directly via email.

TeenPact will be following local requirements, which are outside of our control. Because of this, if you are uncomfortable with those requirements and choose to cancel your registration, you will not receive a refund outside of the standard refund policy found at teenpact.com/fees.
