Bonner was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, where he grew up surrounded by family, friends, and a strong church community. He is the first of three children and the son of Patrick and Shelly Haddon. Bonner was homeschooled and is deeply grateful for the ways the Lord used that season of life to shape his love for learning and community.
Bonner first attended a TeenPact State Class in 2021. From that very first experience, he felt the Lord placing a calling on his heart to serve within the ministry in some capacity, even though he didn’t yet know what that would look like. After staffing, Bonner chose to continue on the TeenPact path because he believes wholeheartedly in the mission and has seen firsthand how the Lord uses the ministry for His glory.
Before joining the National Office, Bonner served for three semesters as the Next Gen Intern at Berea First Baptist Church. In that role, he helped create and coordinate breakouts, events, retreats, and camps for both the Children’s and Student Ministries. Through this experience, he gained practical knowledge and hands-on ministry experience that transitioned seamlessly into his role as an Administrative Intern for the Events Department.
When he’s not working, Bonner enjoys spending time with friends and diving into God’s Word. He is incredibly thankful for the opportunity to serve with TeenPact and is excited to see how the Lord continues to work through this season of ministry.
