2018 TeenPact Intern

Brooks Clayton

Brooks Clayton is a Texan through and through. The third of five siblings and a ninth generation Texan, Brooks grew up a wide expanse of country just outside of Dallas. Though raised in a Christian home and baptized at age nine, Brooks’s personal relationship with God really began through a grace-revealing experience in his high school years – and he’s never gotten over it.

Since his first TeenPact State Class in 2012 and through subsequent Alumni Events, Brooks has gained lifelong leadership skills and friendships. He considers it a blessing and privilege to minister to students along with the 2018 TeenPact Intern Team, pointing them to Jesus Christ.

Not one to shy away from a challenge, Brooks enjoys going deep with inductive Bible study, competitive speech and debate, following current events, and tackling his online college classes. After a long day, there’s nothing Brooks loves more than cooking, listening to movie soundtracks and chamber choir music, playing the piano, and harmonizing with others.
