Cherryse Lineberger took her first bite of life out of the Big Apple in lively Queens, New York. First in her family to be born and raised in America, she blossomed in a subculture rich with Caribbean food, music, and lingo, all within the ambiance of the American Dream. At age ten, she and her family moved to sunny California, where she resides today with her dear husband, Lane, and three amazing children, Lewis, Charisma, and Joy.
When her 14-year-old son begged to go to his second TeenPact state class, even when put on a waitlist, it became clear that there was more to this ministry than class credits and Capitol attire. Nevada’s inaugural class became an answer to prayer that year! Little did she know that God would make a way for her to bless others by launching California’s inaugural class the following season. Several state classes and alumni events later, she is deeply grateful for all the ways God has used TeenPact to encourage, equip, and empower others in His love and truth. She is thrilled to serve as a State Class Field Director and excited for what God has in store!
Cherryse loves all things ministry! Leading worship, growing in Bible studies, engaging in small groups, planning events, and serving others all give her life. A bike ride, morning walk, or kayaking on sparkling blue waters beautifully recharges her. Her family graciously endures her daily dose of puns, mom jokes, and impromptu song and dance numbers! Above all, nothing gives her more joy than time with loved ones and abiding in God’s sweet presence.
