Garrett grew up in Brownsburg, Indiana, close enough to the Indianapolis 500 that if he is not there watching the race, he can hear it from his house. In his free time, Garrett enjoys playing pickleball, photography, working with middle school students at church, and playing the cajón. A fun fact about Garrett is that he loves to cook and has been cooking since he was very young. He especially enjoys cooking for other people, and his favorite thing to make is steak.
Garrett is still seeking the Lord’s direction for his future, trusting that God is revealing His plan through opportunities, work, relationships, and experiences. He is considering pursuing ministry, and leading middle school small groups while working with church leadership has given him opportunities to explore that path. Garrett first got involved with TeenPact as a One Day student after his older sisters went through the program ahead of him, making TeenPact a meaningful family experience. Through TeenPact, the Lord has given him opportunities to practice speaking about his faith more openly, grow in public speaking, and build deep friendships with brothers and sisters in Christ from around the country. This season, Garrett is most excited to pour into students, invest in their lives, and listen for what God wants from him as he seeks to show up faithfully and strongly for Him.
