Jonathan was born in Spring, Texas, just outside the city limits of Houston. He enjoys the wide variety of things to do in such a diverse city. Growing up, Jonathan could be found hanging out with his younger brother, participating in highly competitive family game nights, and going on camping trips around Texas.
Nowadays, Jonathan can be found on any of the local nearby trails going for a run. He is currently training for a marathon and hopes to continue competing at a high level. When not running, Jonathan loves spending quality time with his family as well as hanging out with his close friends, whether that be through pickleball, eating ramen, or attending Houston Astros home games.
For a while now, Jonathan has had the opportunity to work in the bus ministry alongside his church and has been blessed to see the lives of youth in his local community impacted by the love of Christ. Jonathan attended his first Four Day TeenPact class in 2020, despite having no real desire to go. By the end of the week, however, Jonathan was inspired by the passion for Christ and leadership that was displayed by youth his age. He left with a deep desire to grow in his walk with Christ and impact those around him with the truth of the gospel. Jonathan could not be more thrilled about the upcoming internship and is excited to see the ways in which the Lord will move and how the gospel will transform lives.
