Kaelyn hails from the Midwest state of Iowa and calls the small, country town of De Soto home. She loves that her family has the country life while being just on the outside of Iowa’s capital and biggest city: Des Moines. While most known for its corn fields, Kaelyn’s favorite thing about her state is the beautiful capitol building.
The oldest of three siblings, she enjoys spending time with her family and they can often be found engaged in a competitive volleyball match. Some of Kaelyn’s favorite activities are reading a good book, strumming her guitar, or enjoying deep conversation with friends over coffee. She has an adventurous spirit and is passionate about traveling and new experiences.
Though she was hesitant about attending her first One Day Class as a ten-year-old, Kaelyn quickly fell in love with the ministry of TeenPact. It ignited her love for politics and government, challenged her walk with Christ, and inspired her to boldly share her faith. Kaelyn is incredibly excited to serve on the 2025 Traveling Intern Team, and can’t wait to see how the Lord works throughout this season. Her prayer is that in all things Christ will be glorified and his name made known.
