Field Director

Karen Heredia

Karen Heredia is passionate about people, purpose, and planting seeds in both the garden and the next generation. Married to her husband, Fernando, for 27 years, she lives on a charming “retired farm” in Missouri, where her love for cultivating beauty shines through in flower beds and a mini orchard. When she’s not gardening or hosting a Bible study, she enjoys coffee with a friend, a good book, or mentoring young leaders through discipleship.

Family is central to Karen’s life and mission. She’s the proud mom of three adult children, all of whom are pursuing exciting callings of their own. Her eldest son runs a videography business with her daughter, who also serves as a communications specialist. Her youngest son is a UMKC student and TeenPact alumnus, carrying forward the family’s legacy of service. Whether cheering on her kids or opening her home for conversation and prayer, Karen thrives on building Christ-centered relationships.

Since 2019, Karen has served with TeenPact Leadership Schools as a class coordinator, state coordinator, and now as part of the Field Director Team. She steps into this new role with excitement, humility, and a heart to serve. Karen’s warmth, wisdom, and faith make her both a trusted leader and a joyful presence wherever she goes.
