Karlyn Sullivan has a lot in common with her favorite state – Florida. With her boundless energy and love of rising early before everyone else, it’s no surprise why she’s lived in the Sunshine State for her entire life. She and her husband, Pete, have four children – all of whom have staffed with TeenPact. Before serving in her position in the Events department, Karlyn served as a Field Director and a Florida State Coordinator.
A common phrase to hear from Karlyn in the Sullivan house on a Saturday morning is, “It is 9:00 a.m. and we haven’t accomplished anything!” With this get ‘er done spirit, Karlyn is always hosting friends and family, helping people starting new ventures, and planning trips with her family. It was this drive that landed her a job after college telling the world about the deliciousness of watermelon for the National Watermelon Promotion Board (ask her about it!). If she finds a spare moment, you can find her with her nose in a book or in a closet or the garage purging excess while finding great satisfaction in doing so.
