Kevin Gentler

Kevin Gentzler lives in Leavenworth, Kansas, though he grew up in Joplin, Missouri. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Missouri Southern State University, a Master of Organizational Leadership from Regent University, and a Doctorate of Management and Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Kevin is a retired Army officer and former professor. He enjoys reading, biking, disc golf, traveling with his wife, Kathy, camping, and spending time with his grandchildren. Throughout his life, he has lived in six different countries and seven U.S. states, visited at least 14 foreign nations, and even piloted helicopters – experiences that have shaped a broad and thoughtful perspective.

Kevin first connected with TeenPact in 2002 and has served in a variety of roles ever since. Over the years, he has been a long-time chaperone, served as State Coordinator in Kansas alongside his wife from 2009–2019, and worked as a Class Director. His children also participated in TeenPact across four different states, making the ministry deeply meaningful to his family. Kevin is eager to invest in students – helping them recognize their ability to influence their future and their country – and to encourage parents who are working hard to raise their children faithfully in an increasingly challenging culture.
