Olivia first got connected with TeenPact in 2018 at a Four-Day State Class in Alabama and quickly fell in love with the discipleship and community she found there. Since then, she’s served as a staffer and a member of the Traveling Intern Team, experiences that gave her a deep appreciation for the ministry’s mission and the effort it takes to make each event happen.
Before stepping into her current role as TeenPact’s Events Financial and Logistics Coordinator, Olivia taught at classical Christian schools in both Idaho and California. Teaching sharpened her organizational skills, stretched her creativity, and taught her how to balance small details with big-picture goals. She now brings that same skillset to her work at TeenPact, coordinating travel, finances, and event logistics with excellence.
Olivia loves that her role combines vision with details—and that every day looks a little different. Born in England and raised in a military family, she’s learned to adapt quickly and stay steady under pressure. Outside of work, you might find her baking something sweet or practicing calligraphy, a quiet hobby that keeps her creativity flowing.
