Scott Duncan grew up in Lubbock, Texas, and now lives in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, with his wife, Jen. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University and a Master of Arts in International Relations from New England College. Scott currently serves with the Department of the Navy as the Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the Navy, performing the duties of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Manpower and Reserve Affairs.
In his free time, Scott enjoys reading, fellowship, outdoor activities, and exercise. He is also an archery big game hunter and plays the bagpipes. Scott’s family first became involved with TeenPact in 2016, and since then, TeenPact has been a meaningful part of their lives. His children have served as staffers, Jen has been a State Coordinator, and Scott has class directed and serves on the TeenPact Board.
What excites Scott most about serving as a Class Director is the opportunity to continue investing in young people—serving the Lord by serving others and helping equip the next generation for faithful public service.
