Shane Richardson

Shane Richardson lives in the small town of Holden, Missouri, though he originally grew up in Independence. He is married to his wife, Christy, and together they have raised four children who have all gone through TeenPact. Shane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, as well as a vocational ministries degree from Freed-Hardeman University. He serves as a Senior Design Consultant with Integrity Roofing—his “fancy name for salesman”—and as a pastor at Christ’s Christian Church in Urich, Missouri. In his free time, he enjoys reading, solving puzzles and brain teasers, splitting firewood, playing pickleball, studying and discussing theology, and visiting small towns. He also loves to find humor in everyday life and proudly considers himself an avid collector of obscure knowledge and dad jokes.

Shane first became involved with TeenPact in 2015 as a State Class chaperone, later returning for multiple State Classes and National Conventions as his children participated in the program. What excites him most about serving this year is the opportunity to walk alongside staff and interns as they invest in students and grow through that experience. He knows from personal history that serving in this environment encourages spiritual and personal growth for everyone involved, and he counts it a joy to witness God’s work unfolding throughout the week.
