Tiffany Minyard

Tiffany Minyard was born and raised in the heart of the Midwest. She is a natural introvert and a “100% Grade A” nerd. She graduated valedictorian of her class from College of the Ozarks with her degree in Business and Communications. However, the most notable part of college was meeting her best friend, fellow nerd and future husband, Mitchell.

Tiffany has a keen eye for detail and a mind for systems. After college, those skills led to a variety of jobs ranging from Controller and Director of Operations for a marketing company to Project Manager and Elections/Legal Assistant at the Arkansas Secretary of State.

In 2014, Tiffany left her career to begin her life-long dream as a stay-at-home mom. Over the next five years, Mitchell and Tiffany were blessed with three wildly energetic and extroverted children. The Lord continues to use her failings and lack of control in motherhood to humble her pride and increase her dependance on Him.

Growing up, Tiffany didn’t have the opportunity to attend a TeenPact State Class as a student. She married into a TeenPact family, and the mark it left on her husband’s life and the Minyard family was unmistakable. However, it wasn’t until 2011, when she attended National Convention as an adult, that Tiffany really caught the vision and understood what encompassed the “TeenPact experience.” Five years later, Tiffany began working for TeenPact in the Development Department.

Mitchell and Tiffany currently live in Missouri where they homeschool their children, Marshall, Elliot and Winry. While this season of life affords little free time, Tiffany enjoys baking, playing board games, feeding/hosting people and serving in her church.
