Tommy Carrington

Dr. Tommy Carrington hails from the land of tropical winters, cuban coffee, and stunning art deco architecture – Miami, Florida. He has served as a Youth Evangelist and Area Director with Miami Youth for Christ for over ten years and currently teaches as an adjunct professor at Trinity International University and Palm Beach Atlantic University.

In 1997, he began training student leaders and adult youth workers, and later founded Impact 922 Ministries (formerly the Urban Training Network), a national ministry designed to train and equip student leaders and youth workers.  Tommy travels extensively, speaking at youth events, churches, camps, retreats, and seminars. Tommy earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and Biblical Studies from Trinity International University and a Doctor of Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

Tommy’s passion to provide leadership training for young leaders clearly extends into his TeenPact teaching. His vision is to raise a generation of transformational leaders who can change their communities and world.
