Four Day Class

April 13-16, 2020

The Four Day Class is a dynamic, hands-on leadership experience where students learn about state government from a Christian worldview. Students gather at their local State Capitol to run for student office, participate in a mock legislature, and learn about how they can be effective leaders in their community back home. For students ages 13-19.

Students should plan to arrive at the Vermont State House by 12:45 p.m. Students will be meeting in the Room 11, The Large Hearing Room on the ground floor on Monday. The TeenPact staff will greet you as you arrive at the State House and will direct you to the Welcome Table.

Are you looking for an opportunity to invest in the next generation and make some great new friends along the way? Join us as a chaperone for TeenPact Leadership Schools! You are invited to assist us with carrying out our goal of raising gospel-centered leaders. As a chaperone, you have many responsibilities, including staying in the room with a group of students, assisting with student transportation each day, and having the opportunity to observe or participate in aspects of the class, including Prayer Walks, TeenPact Legislature, and Evening Sessions. You may be asked to assist with preparing and distributing meals and snacks during lunch and Coffeehouse. You are also welcome to join the students for Rendezvous or have a separate Chaperone Rendezvous, which is an amazing time to pour into the students spiritually and be blessed yourself. You will be surprised by how much you personally receive through this week of service. Because you will be on site, you will be able to have the full TeenPact experience alongside your student, seeing first-hand how God uses the ministry to change lives.

If you would like to join us, we would love you to register. As with many ministry opportunities there is a cost to serve. TeenPact invites parents to serve as chaperones for $140 for three nights or $180 for four nights. This registration fee covers your housing and meals for the week at our cost.
