Class Fees, Registration, & Billing FAQ’s

Four Day Class (Ages 13-19)

2023 Costs

  • First Time Students: $310 (includes required $50 non-refundable registration fee)
  • Alumni Students: $280 (includes required $50 non-refundable registration fee)
  • Monday – Wednesday Night Residential Student Housing: $200 (availability varies by location)
  • Monday – Thursday Night Residential Student Housing: $240 (availability varies by location)

  • Early Bird Discount: Register 60 days before your class and receive $15 off with the Early Bird discount (automatically applied at time of registration).
  • Double Early Bird Discount: Register in the month of September and receive $15 off with the Double Early Bird discount (combines with the Early Bird for a total of $30 off; automatically applied at time of registration).
  • Refer-A-Friend Discount: Refer a First Time Student to the Four Day Class and receive $10 off each of your registrations. Receive up to $100 off by recruiting 10 new Students! Please click here for more details and to sign up.
  • Presidential Discount: Enter the discount code PRESIDENT at registration checkout to receive $15 off your Four Day Class Registration if any of the following eligibility options apply to you:

– Attended a 2022 Worldview Academy Leadership Camp

– Are currently enrolled in Unbound

– Attended a 2022 two-week Summit Ministries Student Conference

– Are currently a 2022 officer for a Generation Joshua Club

– Were an elected official at a 2022 State Class

Frequently Asked Questions

To access your registrations please review your Confirmation Email for details.

If your Student is placed on a waitlist, you will be notified via email and/or phone if space at the event becomes available. Once notified, you will have three business days to contact our office and finalize your registration for the event. After that point, your slot may be given to another Student on the waitlist. If space becomes available within three (3) weeks of the start of the class, you will have 24 hours to contact us to finalize your registration.

Payment of any outstanding balances may be made from the point of your original transaction until three (3) weeks before the event.  At that point, any outstanding balance will be charged to the previous payment card on the registration. If the card does not go through or there is no card listed, we will reach out to you to make the final payment. If you are unable to be reached, your registration will be considered overdue and the associated registration(s) will be subject to cancellation. You will receive a reminder of your balance due one week prior to the final payment due date. 

The $50 non-refundable registration fee on all Four Day Registrations is fully transferable to another TeenPact State Class or Alumni Event taking place in the same calendar year, or to an immediate family member attending an event in the same calendar year.  To transfer the $50 non-refundable registration fee, please contact the TeenPact office.

  • Four Day Students: You may cancel your registration up until a week before the event to receive a refund of all amounts paid that exceed the $50 non-refundable registration fee. At one week before the event, all funds paid become non-refundable. The $50 registration fee is always non-refundable, but is fully transferable for the attendee to attend another TeenPact State Class or Alumni Event in the same calendar year, or to transfer to an immediate family member attending an event in the same calendar year. Billing FAQ’s

You may pay your outstanding balance at any time after you register. Four weeks before the event, you will receive an email indicating the balance due. Three weeks before the event, your credit card will be charged for the balance. If the charge to the card on file does not go through due to insufficient funds, invalid card information, or any other reason, you will need to pay your final balance within one week to avoid cancellation of your registration. You will be notified through the contact information on your account if a payment does not process properly.  If you would like to pay by check or have any questions, you may call the office to make alternate payment arrangements.

 

Yes, the $50 non-refundable registration fee is fully transferable to another TeenPact State Class or Alumni Event taking place in the same calendar year, or to an immediate family member attending an event in the same calendar year.  To transfer the $50 non-refundable registration fee, please contact the TeenPact office.

 

 

 

Billing Terms & Conditions

OVERVIEW

This event registration system is operated by TeenPact Leadership Schools. Throughout the system, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TeenPact Leadership Schools. TeenPact Leadership Schools offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

 

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, or registering for an event, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

 

Unless otherwise noted, “billing deadline” shall be defined as three weeks prior to the start date of any event at 12:00 a.m. local time.

 

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REGISTRATION.

 

By submitting your registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not submit any registration.

 

SECTION 1 – CREDIT CARD PROCESSING TERMS

By selecting credit card method of payment and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you authorize TeenPact Leadership Schools to charge the credit card entered at time of registration. You authorize TeenPact to charge the card entered at time of registration for all costs associated with your registration three (3) weeks prior to the start of the event. If the card does not go through, you agree to pay the final balance independently within one (1) week to avoid cancellation of your registration. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of TeenPact Leadership Schools.

 

SECTION 2 – CHECK PAYMENT TERMS

By selecting the check method of payment and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you commit to pay TeenPact Leadership Schools the $50 non-refundable registration fee for each registration no later than two weeks from the date of submitting your registration(s) — this also includes any tuition costs that are equal to or less than $50 (i.e One Day State Class). If payment is not received by this time, your registration(s) will be subject to cancellation. Payment is due in full no later than three (3) weeks prior to the start of the event. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of TeenPact Leadership Schools.

 

SECTION 3 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall TeenPact Leadership Schools, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, volunteers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

SECTION 4 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TeenPact Leadership Schools and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, volunteers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
