Class Fees, Registration, & Billing FAQ’s

Four Day Class (Ages 13-19)


  • First time student: $270 (includes required $50 non-refundable registration fee)*
  • Returning Student: $230 (includes required $50 non-refundable registration fee)*
  • 3 Night Stay at Residential Camp: $185 (not all classes have camps – varies by location)
  • 4 Night Stay at Residential Camp: $230 (not all classes have camps – varies by location)
  • We also encourage parents to come and enjoy the week as camp chaperones at a discounted rate of $140/3 nights or $180/4 nights.



Register 60 days before your class and receive $15 off with the Early Bird discount (automatically applied in registration).


Register in the month of September and receive $15 off with the Double Early Bird discount (combines with the Early Bird for a total of $30 off; automatically applied in registration).

Political Communication Workshop (13-19)

This workshop takes place on the Friday following the Four Day class.

  • Cost for students attending the Four Day class: $40
  • Cost for students NOT attending the Four Day class: $50



One Day Class (Ages 8-12)

How do I access my account after I have registered for a class?

Please click here and follow the directions for account access. Once you are into your account, you will be able to view your registration information and make payments.



My student’s class is currently full and they have been placed on a waiting list. What happens next?

If your student is placed on a waiting list, you will be notified via email and/or phone when space in the class becomes available. Once notified, you will have 3 business days to contact our office and officially register for your class. After that point, your slot may be given to another student on the waiting list. If space becomes available within two weeks of a class’s start date, you will have 24 hours to contact us and register for your class.



Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel your registration, please contact the TeenPact Office.


Payment of any outstanding balances may be made from the point of your original transaction until two weeks before the event.  At that point, any outstanding balance will be charged directly to your credit card.

Billing FAQ’s


I registered and paid the $50 non-refundable registration fee. When is my outstanding balance due?

You may pay your outstanding balance at any time after you register. Four weeks before the event you will receive an email indicating the balance due. Two weeks before the event your credit card will be charged for the balance. If you would like to pay by check or have any questions, you may call the office to make alternate payment arrangements.

Is the Four Day Student/Alumni Event $50 non-refundable deposit transferable?

Yes, the $50 non-refundable registration fee is fully transferable to another TeenPact State Class or Alumni Event taking place in the same calendar year, or to an immediate family member attending an event in the same calendar year.  To transfer the $50 non-refundable registration fee, please contact the TeenPact office.




Billing Terms & Conditions


This event registration system is operated by TeenPact Leadership Schools. Throughout the system, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TeenPact Leadership Schools. TeenPact Leadership Schools offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.


By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, or registering for an event, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.


Unless otherwise noted, “billing deadline” shall be defined as two weeks prior to the start date of any event at 12:00 PM local time.




By submitting your registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not submit any registration.



By selecting credit card method of payment and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you authorize TeenPact Leadership Schools to automatically charge any valid credit card associated with your registration account if payment is not made in full by the “billing deadline.” Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of TeenPact Leadership Schools.



By selecting the check method of payment and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you commit to pay TeenPact Leadership Schools the $50 non-refundable registration fee for each registration no later than four weeks from the date of submitting your registration(s) — this also includes any tuition costs that are equal to or less than $50 (i.e One Day State Class). If payment is not received by this time, your registration(s) will be subject to cancellation or moved to a waitlist. Payment is due in full no later than the “billing deadline.”  Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of TeenPact Leadership Schools.


NOTE: Delinquent accounts may be eligible for temporary suspension.


Any tangible products purchased during registration will not be shipped until payment is received for that item.



In no case shall TeenPact Leadership Schools, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, volunteers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.



You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TeenPact Leadership Schools and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, volunteers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
