Through dynamic experiences, TeenPact seeks to inspire youth in their relationship with Christ and train them to understand the political process, value their liberty, defend the Christian faith, and engage the culture around them. “Changing lives to change the world” is more than a vision statement to us. It’s what we do every day.
At TeenPact, we believe students learn best by doing. That’s why our State Classes are comprised of focused hands-on leadership training. With classes offered across the nation and for students ages 8-19, young people will quickly discover how to embrace their call as the next generation of leaders through the unique tools, teaching, and opportunities TeenPact provides.
Our Alumni Events take students deeper in their relationship with Christ as they build lasting community and grow through intentional leadership training. While events activities range from meeting legislators on Capitol Hill to team building in South Dakota, the focus is the same – training students to be influential and servant-hearted leaders.
We believe this simple distinctive lays a strong foundation for our peer-leadership model. It is this concept that inspires young people to go out and significantly impact the culture through the character and purity that flows from a genuine love for Jesus Christ. The profound impact of observing peers living their faith is undeniable.
At TeenPact, our commitment to developing young individuals extends beyond political education, encompassing servant leadership, character development, and personal excellence. Our Staffing program is a premier opportunity for TeenPact students to apply and refine their leadership skills. Students who are accepted to this program receive consistent feedback and training, tangible leadership opportunities, and encounter challenges in character development and personal excellence, all within a Christian environment. These student volunteers form staff teams to lead our State Classes.
TeenPact staffers are selected to serve for each upcoming TeenPact season by our Staff Development department. This selection is based on the applicant’s personal, spiritual, and social maturity, as well as their previous experience as a leader within TeenPact.
The 2026 Staff Application will open on February 1st, 2025 and will close on June 30th, 2025. Applicants will be notified of our decision on August 23, 2025.
