Through dynamic experiences, TeenPact seeks to inspire youth in their relationship with Christ and train them to understand the political process, value their liberty, defend the Christian faith, and engage the culture around them. “Changing lives to change the world” is more than a vision statement to us. It’s what we do every day.
At TeenPact, we believe students learn best by doing. That’s why our State Classes are comprised of focused hands-on leadership training. With classes offered across the nation and for students ages 8-19, young people will quickly discover how to embrace their call as the next generation of leaders through the unique tools, teaching, and opportunities TeenPact provides.
Our Alumni Events take students deeper in their relationship with Christ as they build lasting community and grow through intentional leadership training. While events activities range from meeting legislators on Capitol Hill to team building in South Dakota, the focus is the same – training students to be influential and servant-hearted leaders.
Staff Training is an immersive week of hands-on leadership instruction crafted to deepen our Staff’s understanding of why and how we serve. Throughout the week, participants will not only prepare their hearts and minds for staffing a TeenPact State Class but also develop insights and skills that will benefit them in any future leadership roles God may lead them to.
From dynamic sessions on TeenPact’s ministry distinctives to practical training in every aspect of the TeenPact State Class Program, there are countless opportunities to learn by doing. True to TeenPact tradition, worship and Christian fellowship remains central to our time together.
But beyond the training itself, one of the most enriching aspects of Staff Training is the community it fosters. You’ll be joining a group of like-minded individuals—fellow Staffer’s who are passionate about serving the Lord and changing lives to change the world. The bonds you form here, with others who share your commitment to excellence, will encourage and sustain you both in your role at TeenPact and beyond!
We invite all 2025 Staff to join us, the National Office Staff, and the 2025 Traveling Intern Team as we embrace the challenge of becoming leaders who honor the Lord in our communities and throughout the world.
NOTE: If you do not have your flight information when you register, please contact our office with those details as soon as you’re able.
