Through dynamic experiences, TeenPact seeks to inspire youth in their relationship with Christ and train them to understand the political process, value their liberty, defend the Christian faith, and engage the culture around them. “Changing lives to change the world” is more than a vision statement to us. It’s what we do every day.
At TeenPact, we believe students learn best by doing. That’s why our State Classes are comprised of focused hands-on leadership training. With classes offered across the nation and for students ages 8-19, young people will quickly discover how to embrace their call as the next generation of leaders through the unique tools, teaching, and opportunities TeenPact provides.
Our Alumni Events take students deeper in their relationship with Christ as they build lasting community and grow through intentional leadership training. While events activities range from meeting legislators on Capitol Hill to team building in South Dakota, the focus is the same – training students to be influential and servant-hearted leaders.

The Four Day Class is a dynamic, hands-on leadership experience where students learn about state government from a Christian worldview. Students gather to run for office, participate in a mock legislature, and learn about how they can be effective leaders in their community back home. For students ages 13-19.

First Baptist Church Capitol Hill
If you are not staying at the camp for the week, you will meet at The Fortress at Deer Run (3845 Perkins Road, Thompson’s Station, TN 37179) at 11:45am Monday April 20. We have a handful of commuters. If you change your mind to stay at the camp, call the national office to add that to your registration. It will be based on availability at the camp. We will finish at 4:00pm each day. Commuters are encouraged to stay for dinner and worship on Monday since you’re already at the camp on Monday evening. The cost is $22 per person for dinner and the liability insurance Deer Run requires. Parents are also invited to join us. You will be finished by 8:30pm to head home. You’re also welcome to join us the other evenings even though class will be downtown Nashville. For the remainder of the week (Tuesday onward), you will join us at First Baptist Church Capitol Hill in downtown Nashville at 9:45am. Enter the parking lot from Gay Street. Enter the building at the side entrance where the steps go down into the building. Remember your nametag to get past security at the Capitol. You will receive your nametag at Deer Run when you check in for the first day of class. Our room is to the left when you come to a hallway. (No nametag = no entrance!!) If you’re parking for the day, use the parking lot next to the church. (This is our first time using this church venue. Please be patient as we figure things out on the first day.)
For arrival at the camp, use the gate at 3883 Perkins Road, Thompsons’s Station, TN. It is a large, black wrought-iron gate. When you go down that driveway (a bit steep and hilly), you will see Brookside Barn on your right which is where you will check in.
To exit, use the gate near our founder’s home. Once you leave Brookside Barn, you will turn left to go up the camp road, like you’re going to The Summit, but continue straight. You’ll pass a white house on the left, and the gate is just a bit further down that road. It will open automatically when you approach it.

Evening Sessions are an integral part of the TeenPact experience, allowing students to combine the academic emphasis in class with a spiritual focus on students’ relationships with God and one another.
Monday – Thursday evenings, directly following the Four Day Class.
TeenPact offers Evening Sessions that give students the opportunity to relax and fellowship with like-minded peers in a more casual environment. Students play games, participate in small groups, enjoy a time of worship, and are challenged by a message from the Class Director. Parents and students not staying at the camp are invited to join as well. If you’re not registered to stay at the camp, the cost of dinner is $22/person per night. Please contact your State Coordinating Team at [email protected] to make reservations.
Parents are invited to stay for as much of the class as possible. We love having parents observe what their students are learning! If you are not able to stay, you are welcome to drop off your student.

During graduation, students participate in a short mock legislative session, hear speeches from the elected officials, hear a charge from the Program Director, receive graduation certificates, and much more!
The Political Communication Workshop trains students to analyze, execute, and interpret public presentations through a variety of activities and discussions. Students are challenged to develop critical thinking skills as they learn what communication looks like in the political realm. For students ages 13 – 19.

Students attending the Four Day Class are encouraged to stay at our camp together. This is an integral part of the TeenPact experience, allowing students to combine the academic emphasis from the class, with a spiritual focus on relationships with God and one another. Staying at the camp gives students the opportunity to relax and fellowship with like-minded peers in a more casual environment. Students play games, participate in small groups, enjoy a time of worship, and are challenged by evening messages from the Class Director.
Lodging, transportation, and meals are included in the price of the residential camp fee of $210 for three nights or $250 for four nights. To reserve your spot at the camp, please include this option at the time of online registration.
Your State Coordinating Team will reach out via email with further instructions, prior to the class. Parents and students not staying at the camp are invited to join as well. If you’re not registered to stay at the camp, the cost of dinner is $22/person per night. Please contact your State Coordinating Team at [email protected] to make reservations.
Students or parents with dietary restrictions should email t[email protected] with specific information. There is a $2 per meal surcharge for special requests, but the camp is most helpful in making sure each person has plenty of food he/she can eat for each meal.
Everyone – campers and commuters – will meet at Deer Run Camp for Monday’s class. Campers can check in at camp 9:30-10:45am at Brookside Dining Hall. Lunch is on your own, but you can eat your sack lunch in Brookside Dining Hall after moving into your cabin. Check in for class 11:45am-12:00 pm in the Fortress. Commuters are welcome to join us at Brookside for a few minutes if you arrive early.
More details on checking out from the camp and picking up luggage will be sent to you from your State Coordinating Team prior to the class.
Note: Each student must have ALL their personal items contained and labeled (i.e., sleeping bags, pillows, luggage, hanging bags, etc.). Please use luggage tags, strips of tape, labels, etc. with your name in permanent marker. Bedding and towels must be contained and labeled as well. This is necessary to ensure all luggage and personal items are retrieved on departure days.

Join us as a chaperone for TeenPact Leadership Schools! You are invited to assist us with carrying out our goal of raising gospel-centered leaders. As a chaperone, you have several responsibilities, including staying in the room with a group of students, assisting with student transportation each day as needed, and having the opportunity to observe or participate in aspects of the class, including Prayer Walks, TeenPact Legislature, and Evening Sessions.
As with many ministry opportunities, there is a small fee to help offset the cost of housing, food, etc. The cost to stay with us as a chaperone is $165 for three nights, or $205 for four nights.

The One Day Class is an action-packed day full of exciting experiences that introduce students to their state government using a dynamic, hands-on approach. Students are led by an energetic Staff Team as they explore their local government, pray for their leaders, discuss their mock legislation, and so much more! For students ages 8 – 12.
