Dara Weisbrod comes to TeenPact from the lovely historic coastal town of Hampton, Virginia. Although Virginia has been home to eight U.S. presidents, Dara is happier it’s home to her parents, two brothers, and adorable little nieces and nephew.
Dara was introduced to TeenPact when her mom discovered the organization at a local home school convention and then proceeded to promptly sign her up. She entered her first Four Day Class in 2015 as an apprehensive, shy girl and left loving TeenPact, having grown immensely in her confidence and leadership abilities. Through the genuine love shown by the people and staffers at the class, Dara left the week inspired to show that genuine love to her family and friends back home and pursue the Lord more intently. She loves how TeenPact challenges her to grow in her relationship with the Lord as she disciples and loves those around her. Dara is incredibly excited and blessed to be serving as a 2019 TeenPact Intern and is looking forward to glorifying God through another season with a ministry that has changed her life.
Hardworking, kind, and smiley, Dara works as an Irish dancer at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia. To say she loves her job is an understatement! When she’s not on stage, Dara can be found spending time in the great outdoors swimming or hiking, spending intentional time with friends, relaxing on the beach, practicing her Tae Kwon Do (she has a black belt!), or enjoying a bowl of mint chocolate chip ice cream with her late night bible study.
